Vessel Description: The M/V “TAILCHASER,” a 2005 43’ Nor Tech with triple 315 H.P. Yanmar diesel inboard engines, was reported stolen from a private dock in Cape Coral, Florida on or about January 20, 2010. The hull and interior of the vessel are white. The t-top is a dark navy blue canvas. The manufacturer’s name, “Nor Tech,” appears in dark blue letters on the starboard and port sides of the stern. The name of the vessel was removed from the transom prior to the reported theft; however, there is a visible shadow of where it once was. Mounted on the bow is a very large drum roller-type windlass. The vessel is USCG Documented under number 1159038. The HIN is AOV43016G405. The theft was reported to the Cape Coral Police Department under case number 10-001255.
