Vessel Description: The M/Y “DIVA,” a 2006, 31’ Doral Intrigue w/ Twin 270 HP Volvo engines, was reported stolen from the Dania Beach Marina in Dania, Florida on or about December 14, 2008. The hull is white with a thick black stripe topped with a smaller burgundy stripe along the starboard and port sides. The vessel’s name, “DIVA,” and its hailing port, “Dania Beach, Florida,” appear in black script outlined in burgundy on the transom. The interior is white and it has a navy blue canvas. There is a distinguishing 12-14” long scratch located on the right hull forward, about 12” above the waterline. The vessel’s HIN is QJAC6078I506 with Florida Registration No. FL 3752 NH. The vessel is USCG Documented under No. 1191976. The twin, 270 HP Volvo motors have Serial Numbers: 401 217 048 0 and 401 217 048 5. The theft was reported to the Broward County Sherriff’s Office under Report No. DN08-12-01260.
