Vessel Description: The vessel “BITE MY SHEPSL,” a 2007 38’ Fountain LX Edition with triple 275 H.P. Mercury Verado engines, was reported stolen from Pier 66 Marina in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on or about January 5, 2011. The hull is white with standard black and red Fountain graphics on both sides towards the stern. “BITE MY SHEPSL,” and “Fort Lauderdale, Florida,” are posted on the port and starboard stern sides. The vessel has an aluminum framed top with black canvas. The port and starboard side panels have been removed from the four sided EC2CY enclosure. The interior is white. The vessel is U.S. Coast Guard Documented under number 1186929. The HIN is FGQ8L084D607. (Engine serial numbers to be announced.) The theft was reported to the Fort Lauderdale Police Department under case number 11-1723.
